Newington, N.H. — October 28, 2022 — North & South Construction Services, a leading commercial, industrial, and institutional construction company, announced the acquisition of SJ Cantwell, one of the leading Demolition and Site Work contractors in New England.

SJ Cantwell is expected to broaden North & South Construction Services market bringing the total number of employees to over 200. The combination will allow both companies to offer a broader range of services while maintaining their high-quality product. SJ Cantwell will continue to operate under their name as a subsidiary of North & South Construction Services. SJ Cantwell’s previous owner, Steve Cantwell, has joined the North & South leadership team to help in growth and operational strategies.
